Jobomschrijving

Jobinhoud:

  • Het grootste deel van jouw takenpakket zal bestaan uit het plannen van ritten, nationaal en internationaal, werkopdrachten naar een optimaal rendement met eigen teams, verhuizers en chauffeurs of subcontractors, coördinatie en opvolging;
  • Je kan opdrachten bijsturen wanneer nodig;
  • Het hele proces ondersteun je door een sterke administratieve opvolging in de planningstool;
  • Je communiceert de opdrachten aan de onderaannemers;
  • Dagelijks maak je de nodige werkdocumenten op; Omdat je graag snel en juist te werk gaat zoek je steeds mee naar de meeste efficiënte methode binnen het vooropgestelde budget, om de verhuisopdrachten vlekkeloos te laten verlopen;
  • Je bent vlot in de omgang en schrikt er niet voor terug om de verhuizers aan te sturen en op te volgen;
  • Want je verdeelt de opdrachten, je verzorgt de volledige opvolging en je houdt de werkuren bij.
  • Het (inter)nationale wegennet heeft geen geheimen voor jou;
  • Communicatie is key: je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en beschikt over een goede kennis Frans;
  • Ervarig in de transportwereld en in het plannen van opdrachten van A naar B;
  • Idealiter heb je sterke organisatie skills, ben je analytisch en oplossingsgericht. En doordat je flexibel en stressbestendig bent kan je een behoorlijke workload aan;
  • Je hebt goede Microsoft Office kennis en je streeft voortdurend naar groei en ontwikkeling.
