Dan is deze functie als Dispatcher / Service Coördinator Koeltechnieken misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Je bent de centrale schakel binnen de serviceafdeling en zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en storingsinterventies efficiënt worden ingepland en opgevolgd. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak kunnen servicetechniekers vlot aan de slag en krijgen klanten een snelle en professionele dienstverlening.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met storingen of servicevragen via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je beoordeelt de urgentie van meldingen en stelt een efficiënte planning op voor de servicetechniekers.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse planning en stuurt bij wanneer prioriteiten of onverwachte situaties daarom vragen.
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van de timing en voortgang van interventies.
  • Je verwerkt serviceopdrachten administratief en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van werkbonnen.
  • Je beheert onderhoudsplanningen en volgt periodieke keuringen nauwgezet op.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte registratie van koelmiddelen en de administratieve opvolging volgens de geldende F-gassenwetgeving.
  • Je ondersteunt de serviceafdeling met offertes, administratieve documenten en dossierbeheer.
  • Je stemt af met techniekers over de benodigde onderdelen en volgt bestellingen mee op.
  • Je rapporteert over openstaande interventies en zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van lopende serviceaanvragen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen, ook in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en blijft rustig wanneer meerdere opdrachten tegelijk binnenkomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot, klantgericht en professioneel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een correcte administratie.
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek; ervaring binnen koeltechnieken, HVAC of een technische serviceomgeving is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Outlook, Excel en digitale plannings- of ERP-systemen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook sterk binnen een team.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
  • Ervaring met dispatching, servicecoördinatie, technische administratie of F-gassenregistratie is een pluspunt.
