Konvert Flémalle recherche un Dispatcher Techniciens / SAV (m/f/x) pour le secteur du Génie-Civil

Vous êtes un pro de l'organisation et vous aimez trouver des solutions logistiques efficaces ? Vous souhaitez être la véritable tour de contrôle entre nos clients du terrain et notre atelier technique ? Rejoignez une entreprise dynamique où votre sens de l'organisation fera toute la différence !

Votre mission :

  • Gestion des plannings : Organiser et optimiser l'agenda des techniciens de maintenance/réparation en fonction des urgences et des chantiers.
  • Point de contact & Suivi SAV : Faire le lien direct entre les demandes des clients sur le terrain et l'équipe technique à l'Atelier.
  • Logistique & Rapatriements : Organiser le rapatriement à l'atelier des machines de génie-civil qui ne peuvent pas être réparées directement sur chantier.
  • Suivi administratif : Encoder les interventions, ouvrir les dossiers de réparation et veiller au bon suivi des informations jusqu'à la résolution du problème.

La personne que nous recherchons doit posséder les atouts suivants :

  • Expérience / Profil : Vous disposez d'une première expérience en dispatch (ex. dispatch transport / logistique) ou en organisation de planning. Une expérience technique préalable n'est pas requise, les profils juniors motivés sont vivement encouragés à postuler !
  • Organisation & Réactivité : Vous savez gérer les priorités, garder votre sang-froid face aux imprévus et adapter rapidement les plannings.
  • Aisance relationnelle : Vous êtes un(e) bon(ne) communicant(e) capable d'échanger efficacement aussi bien avec des clients qu'avec des techniciens.
  • Rigueur & Outils informatiques : Vous êtes à l'aise avec la gestion informatique et le suivi administratif de données.
