The posting

EcoWerf werkt samen met 28 steden en gemeenten in Oost-Brabant aan duurzaam afvalbeheer. We zamelen huishoudelijk afval in en verwerken het. Zo maken we het verschil voor meer dan 480.000 inwoners. Dit doen we niet alleen. Meer dan 400 gedreven medewerkers houden onze werking draaiende. Dagelijks gaan er zo’n 140 chauffeurs en laders op pad met 60 ophaal- en containerwagens. In onze 24 recyclageparken staan meer dan 80 parkwachters klaar om inwoners te helpen. Daarnaast beheren we 372 glasbolsites en zetten 11 collega’s in onze vergistings- en composteerinstallatie in Leuven jaarlijks 50.000 ton gft om in hoogwaardige compost. EcoWerf zoekt ter versterking van haar diensten een:

Dispatcher Transportdienst / Barema: klasse 5.1T -5.2T – 5.3T / Voltijds

Jouw taak Om onze transportdienst te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker die niet terugschrikt voor een uitdaging. Samen met je collega’s sta je onder andere in voor volgende uitdagingen:

  • Het uitvoeren van de planning die in de ochtend werd opgemaakt en zorgen dat alles op de baan vlot verloopt.
  • De dagelijkse organisatie en aansturing van de Transportdienst.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de chauffeurs en laders en je hebt een actieve rol binnen de teamwerking van de dienst.
  • Je onderzoekt meldingen van inwoners en communiceert met de gemeenten en andere diensten binnen EcoWerf.
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan de algemene werking van de Transportdienst en je controleert nauwgezet de data met betrekking tot de werking van de dienst.
  • Je zorgt voor een optimale dienstverlening naar zowel burgers als gemeenten toe.
  • Na een vlotte inwerkperiode voer je op termijn functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken uit met de medewerkers.
  • Je start tussen 8u00 en 9u00 en stopt tussen 16u00 en 17u00 afhankelijk van de werkdrukte.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een TOP’R (Trots, Open, Positief, Respect) om ons team te versterken. Hecht jij dus net zoveel belang aan onze kernwaarden als de rest van het team? Dan wordt dit zeker een match! Daarnaast zijn volgende zaken ook belangrijk:

  • Je behaalde minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een plus maar niet vereist.
  • Je kan vlot en efficiënt communiceren.
  • Indien nodig kan je assertief optreden.
  • Je werkt graag in groepsverband maar je kan ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van MS Office en staat open voor nieuwe IT-technologieën.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en kan snel werken.
  • Een hoge werkdruk vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je werkt in dagdienst maar je kan indien nodig flexibiliteit aan de dag leggen.
