  • Ondersteunen van chauffeurs bij hun vertrek in de vroege ochtend: controleren van het wagenpark, verdelen van documenten en toezien op een vlotte opstart van de werkvloer en het magazijn.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de rittenplanning in samenwerking met de expeditiemanager, én telefonische ondersteuning van chauffeurs bij onverwachte situaties zoals afwezigheden, defecten of leveringsproblemen.
  • Uitvoeren van administratieve taken in SAP zoals dagplanning, goederenafgifte, leeggoedregistratie, klachtenopvolging en afsluitdocumenten, aangevuld met rapportering van ritten.
  • Coördineren van alle leveringen en ophalingen en waken over orde, netheid, veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne in de expeditieafdeling.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs C en hebt reeds een mooie ervaring als chauffeur;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en organisatorisch ingesteld;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met transport en vrachtwagens en kan met SAP werken
  • Je combineert nauwkeurigheid met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid te werken volgens een wisselende planning (incl. weekendwerk volgens vooraf afgesproken beurtrol);
