The posting

Als dispatcher zorg je voor het real-time coördineren en aansturen van transportactiviteiten, zodat geplande ritten correct, veilig en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Je vormt het operationele aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie, opvolging en bijsturing van de dagelijkse transportuitvoering.

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden? Je onderhoudt een goed en persoonlijk contact met onze chauffeurs. Je identificeert klanten en/of business gerelateerde issues en neemt initiatief om tot oplossingen te komen. Je stuurt op een snelle en efficiënte manier bij waar nodig. Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging op de afdeling. Belangrijk! De functie wordt uitgevoerd in een vroege shift (3u30 - 12u). En je moet iedere maand één keer op zaterdag werken.

Je deinst er niet voor terug om bij problemen of vragen de telefoon te nemen en de betrokken personen op te bellen. Je kan goed samenwerken in een team en bent stressbestendig in hectische situaties.
