Wat ga je doen?

Coördineer dagelijks de goederenstromen en zorg dat het magazijn vlot blijft draaien. Als dispatcher ben jij de centrale schakel tussen warehouse, chauffeurs en planning.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je bereidt opdrachten voor magazijnmedewerkers voor en stemt deze af met de ploegchefs. - Je analyseert de laad- en losplanning en bepaalt de juiste prioriteiten. - Je stuurt de goederenstromen en past de planning aan wanneer nodig. - Je coördineert de Terbergchauffeur en bepaalt waar trailers worden geplaatst. - Je volgt de capaciteit van de laadkaaien en het terrein op. - Je controleert de temperaturen van geparkeerde vrachtwagens. - Je onderhoudt contact met chauffeurs en planners. - Je grijpt snel in bij afwijkingen en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.

Uurrooster: Vroege ploeg: 06u00 - 14u00 en Late ploeg: 14u00 - 22u00

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in logistiek, warehouse of een operationele omgeving.
  • Je kunt goed plannen, prioriteiten stellen en het overzicht bewaren.
  • Je denkt enkele stappen vooruit en anticipeert op mogelijke problemen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, chauffeurs en planners.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.

Talenkennis: Je spreekt goed Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans en Engels. Kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
