The posting

For a transport company located in Zaventem, we are currently looking for a motivated Dispatcher to coordinate and monitor transport operations.

Your responsibilities :

  • You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing transport shipments.
  • You act as the main point of contact between suppliers, authorities, and operational teams.
  • You ensure that all shipments are dispatched accurately and on time.

You monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

  • You follow established procedures and company policies at all times.

You assist with loading and unloading trucks when required.

  • You ensure smooth communication between all parties involved in the transport process.

Your profile :

  • You have previous experience as a dispatcher within the transport or logistics sector.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch, French, and English.
  • You work efficiently, accurately, and in a well-organized manner.

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You are comfortable working with computer systems and transport software.
  • You are proactive, flexible, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
