The posting

  • Opstellen en coördineren van de werkplanning voor een 50-tal chauffeurs en opvolgen van de dagelijkse ritten naar klanten.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte start en correcte uitvoering van de ritten en chauffeurs ondersteunen bij vertrek.
  • Opvolgen van aanwezigheden en uurregistraties.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en klanten, telefonisch ondersteuning bieden en vragen of problemen op een klantgerichte en creatieve manier oplossen.
  • Uitbouwen van een sterke veiligheidscultuur via risicoanalyses, veiligheidsgesprekken en het bewaken van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Opvolgen en rapporteren van belangrijke transport-KPI's, zoals temperatuurregistratie en het naleven van de planning.
  • Onderhouden van een professionele en vlotte samenwerking met externe transporteurs.
  • Bijdragen aan een positieve teamsfeer, de prestaties van medewerkers opvolgen en nieuwe collega's begeleiden tijdens hun onboarding.
  • Affiniteit met logistiek en transport, bij voorkeur opgebouwd vanuit een eerdere operationele ervaring als dispatcher, transportplanner of chauffeur.
  • Oplossingsgericht en creativiteit: je weet op een klantgerichte manier om te gaan met uitdagingen en vindt steeds een passende oplossing.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid: je kunt vlot multitasken en schakelen tussen verschillende taken zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en administratieve skills: je zorgt voor correcte en volledige documentatie.
  • Communicatief sterk: je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands én het Frans.
  • Flexibiliteit: je werkt volgens een vast rooster (3u30 – 11u38), en springt indien nodig bij tijdens piekmomenten.
