Wenn Du Deinen Job nicht gewissenhaft ausführst, kommen bei uns im Zweifel Waren nicht sicher ans Ziel. Mit jeder Wagentechnischen Untersuchung hältst Du die Wirtschaft am Laufen und sorgst für den sicheren Transport von Gütern.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Disponent_in Deine Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen betrieblichen Ablaufs auf der Schiene

* Planung und Disposition von operativen Mitarbeiter_innen im Schienenverkehr

* Organisation von An- und Abreisen sowie Unterkünften

* Anlaufstelle für operative Mitarbeiter_innen und Kund_innen (idealerweise auf für einfache IT- und Telekomfragen)

Dein Profil

* Erfahrung in der Personaldisposition (idealerweise im Speditions- oder Transportbereich)

* Solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-Programmen

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Freundliche, lösungsorientierte Kommunikation

* Bereitschaft, auch außerhalb klassischer Bürozeiten gelegentlich zu unterstützen (kein Schichtdienst, aber Verständnis für 24/7-Betrieb - Bereitschaftsdienste)

Unser Angebot

* Faire Bezahlung: Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis (40 Stunden/Woche): € 3.271,10 laut Kollektivvertrag für die Arbeitnehmer_innen der österreichischen Eisenbahnunternehmen

* Gehaltsrahmen: € 3.800,- bis € 4.300,-

* Dienstort 15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt
