Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt 5 Disponent_in Worum es geht

In unserer Fahrtendienst Disposition sorgst du für die korrekte Planung und Koordination der Fahrten. Deine

Arbeit ist entscheidend - das wissen wir zu schätzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

º Du übernimmst eigenständig die Planung, Koordination und Disposition von Fahrten

º Du übernimmst die Einteilung und Betreuung des Fahrpersonals

º Du übernimmst die telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kund:innen, Auftraggeber:innen

und des Fahrpersonals

º Du übernimmst die laufende Anpassung der Tourenplanung bei Änderungen oder kurzfristigen

Ausfällen

º Du überwachst die Fahrten und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher

º Du übernimmst administrative Tätigkeiten sowie die Dokumentation von Fahrten

Das bringst du mit

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAS oder sonstige BHS)

º Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

º Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

º Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit in stressigen Situationen

º Strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise

º Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

º Freude an Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung

º Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und wertschätzender Kommunikation

º Bereitschaft im Schichtdienst (Mo. - Fr. zwischen 05:30 und 18:00 Uhr) zu arbeiten
