Bei uns sorgen Sie dafür, dass Charterladungen - ob Teil- oder Komplettladungen - effizient vergeben, optimal disponiert und zuverlässig gesteuert werden. Sie übernehmen einen zentralen Part in unserem internationalen Transportnetzwerk und tragen aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere Kunden in ganz Europa flexibel, wirtschaftlich und termingerecht beliefert werden. 1 Disponent_in für den internationalen Charterverkehr

Arbeitsort: Lambach - Zentrale - Österreich

Ihre Aufgabenstellung:

* Ladungsvergabe und Ladungssuche im internationalen Charterverkehr

* Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von Transporten für Bestandskunden und Tagesanfragen

* Führen und Aktualisieren der Dispolisten sowie tägliches Kapazitätsmanagement

* Preisverhandlungen und Frachtkalkulation bei Ein- und Verkauf von Transportleistungen

* Reklamationsbearbeitung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Schadensabteilung

* Laufende Kundenbetreuung sowie Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Beziehungen

* Kommunikation mit Fahrern, internationalen Partnern, Kunden und internen Abteilungen

Ihr Profil:

* Erfahrung im Güterverkehr, der Disposition oder im Charterbereich

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Spedition/Logistik (von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend)

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für internationale Kommunikation

* Versierte EDV Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, Dispo-Software)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und wirtschaftlich orientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und persönliches Engagement

* Motivation - auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit kaufmännischem Background sind willkommen
