Arbeitsort: Lambach - Zentrale - Österreich

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Auftragsmanagement: Annahme von Kundenanfragen, Erstellung von Angeboten und selbstständige Abwicklung von Transportaufträgen

* Transportplanung: Koordination und Einteilung von Fahrpersonal und Fahrzeugen unter Berücksichtigung von Touren, Terminen und der Kühlkette

* Kundenbetreuung: Koordination und Einteilung von Fahrpersonal und Fahrzeugen unter Berücksichtigung von Touren, Terminen und der Kühlkette

* Kundenbetreuung: Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen

* Qualitäts- /Terminkontrolle: Überwachung der Einhaltung von Kühlvorschriften und der termingerechten Lieferung

* Einhaltung von Vorschriften: Sicherstellung der Beachtung von gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Zollbestimmungen

* Administrative Aufgaben: Bearbeitung von Dokumenten, Rechnungen und allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen Güterverkehr/Disposition

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der LKW Disposition Kühler

* Englischkenntnisse sind erwünscht

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als Speditionskauffrau/Kaufmann von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit und persönliches Engagement
