Wir stellen ein: 1 Disponent_in für die Region Oststeiermark

Ihre Aufgaben

* Planung und Koordination von Transportaufträgen

* Einsatzplanung von Fahrzeugen und Fahrpersonal

* Überwachung von Terminen und Ressourcen

* Abstimmung mit Bauleitung, Polier_innen und Lieferant_innen

* Bearbeitung von Transportdokumenten und Aufträgen

* Schnelle Reaktion auf Störungen im Ablauf und Entwicklung von Lösungen

* Dokumentation und administrative Tätigkeiten im Dispositionsbereich

Ihr Profil

* Vorzugsweise abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung/Praxis in der Disposition/Logistik

* Gute Ortskenntnisse der Region Oststeiermark

* Organisationstalent und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Stressresistenz und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise Dispositionssoftware)

* Teamfähigkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein B von Vorteil

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)

* Talentierte Quereinsteiger_innen aus dem Fuhrparkbereich sind willkommen
