Zur Verstärkung unseres Team suchen wir die Zentrale in Dornbirn 1 Disponent/in Als Disponent/in

bist du die zentrale Schaltstelle, die dafür sorgt, dass Technik funktioniert und Menschen sich auf ihre Arbeit konzentrieren können.

Du koordinierst Einsätze, jonglierst Termine und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Servicetechniker genau dann da sind, wenn sie gebraucht werden. Nicht mit Hektik, sondern mit System. Nicht alleine, sondern im Team. Und mit der Gewissheit, dass deine Arbeit echten Mehrwert schafft.

Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

Du planst und koordinierst die Einsätze unserer Servicetechniker im Bereich Großküchentechnik. Du vereinbarst Termine, nimmst Serviceanfragen entgegen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden schnell und unkompliziert betreut werden. Dabei bist du Ansprechperson für Techniker, Kunden und Innendienst, erfasst Aufträge im System und stellst sicher, dass alle Informationen, Ersatzteile und Unterlagen dort sind, wo sie gebraucht werden.

Du schaffst Freiräume für Exzellenz - damit unsere Techniker und Kunden sich auf das konzentrieren können, was wirklich zählt.

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

Du hast Erfahrung in der Disposition, im Kundendienst oder im technischen Servicebereich. Du bist strukturiert, behältst den Überblick und kannst Prioritäten setzen. Du kommunizierst klar, auch wenn's mal hektisch wird, und arbeitest sicher mit EDV- und ERP-Systemen.

Ein technisches Grundverständnis - idealerweise aus dem Bereich Großküchentechnik, Gastronomie oder Handwerk - hilft dir, Anfragen richtig einzuschätzen. Aber das Wichtigste: Du denkst lösungsorientiert und packst an, statt abzuwarten.
