Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen

* Telefonisches Beraten und Betreuen unserer Bestands- und Neukund_innen

* Wirtschaftliches und reibungsloses Disponieren des Fuhrparks, der Hebetechnik-Geräte sowie der Fahrerschaft

* Abwickeln des gesamten Kundenauftrages - von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungserstellung

* Eigenständiges Kalkulieren und Erstellen von Angeboten sowie Auftragsbestätigungen

* Optimieren von Transportprozessen sowie Erstellen der erforderlichen Unterlagen für Transporte und die Vermietung der Hebetechnik-Geräte

* Sicherstellen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher sowie betrieblicher Vorschriften und Vorgaben

* Koordinieren des Krisenmanagements, beispielsweise im Umgang mit Verzögerungen, Kundenreklamationen oder der

internen Abstimmung bei technischen Problemen

Gewünschtes Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie technisches Interesse

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung als Disponent:in oder in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
