Heiztechnik ist Zukunftstechnologie. Bei WOLF trägst du dazu bei, dass unsere Kundschaft zuverlässig betreut wird und das Serviceteam seine Einsätze optimal durchführen kann. So leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zum effizienten Betrieb moderner und nachhaltiger Heizsysteme.

In dieser Position bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle zwischen Kundschaft, Serviceteam und internen Abteilungen. Du koordinierst Termine, planst die Einsätze unserer Servicetechniker und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe im Kundendienst.

Deine Aufgaben

* Einsatzplanung & Koordination: Du planst die Einsätze unserer Servicetechniker:innen für Inbetriebnahmen, Wartungen und Störungsbehebungen.

* Kundenbetreuung: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen, berätst sie telefonisch und unterstützt sie kompetent bei der Klärung ihrer Anliegen.

* Terminmanagement (B2B & B2C): Du koordinierst Termine mit Geschäftskund:innen und Endverbraucher:innen und sorgst für eine optimale Auslastung unserer Techniker:innen.

* Bestellabwicklung & Materialkoordination: Du kümmerst dich um die Bestellung und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen sowie um die Ausstattung unserer Servicetechniker:innen.

* Support & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen und unseren Techniker:innen im Außendienst zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Gute allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse

* Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Disposition, Einsatzplanung oder im Kundenservice

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Anfragen den Überblick zu behalten

* Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt sowie eine klare und serviceorientierte Kommunikation

* Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen

* Auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit Organisationstalent und technischem Interesse sind herzlich willkommen
