Beschäftigungsart: Teilzeit 25-30 h pro Woche nach Absprache

Werde Warendisponent für Überblick und Warenfluss! Mit deinem Gespür für Planung und Zusammenhänge hältst du unseren Warenfluss in Bewegung und stellst sicher, dass die richtige Ware zur richtigen Zeit verfügbar ist.

Du behältst Bestände im Blick, reagierst auf Abweichungen und bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, Einkauf und Lager. Mit deinem vorausschauenden Handeln sorgst du dafür, dass Produkte verfügbar sind und Lebensmittelverschwendung vermieden wird.

Deine Aufgaben

* Planung und Abwicklung der Warendisposition mit unserem Dispositions-Cockpit

* Sicherstellung einer termin- und mengengerechten Warenverfügbarkeit

* Bestandsüberwachung und -optimierung

* Bearbeitung von Bestandsabweichungen und Fehlanlieferungen

* Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und dem Wedl-Team

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HASCH, HAK oder vergleichbar)

* Erste Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie in Disposition, Logistik, Einkauf oder Warenwirtschaft von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen

* Strukturierte, präzise und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen

* Teamplayer

* Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und Lösungen zu finden
