DPB wir suchen... 1 Disponent_in (m/w/d) - Eisenbahngueterverkehr Als spezialisiertes Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen im Bereich Bahnlogistik sorgen wir täglich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Schiene. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für unseren Standort in Feldkirchen bei Graz ein neues Teammitglied für die Disposition.

Tätigkeiten:

* Disposition und Koordination von Zügen im täglichen Betriebsablauf

* Erstellung von Wagenlisten und betriebsrelevanten Dokumenten

* Erfassung und Pflege von Daten im internen System

* Sachliche Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen

* Vorbereitung und Erfassung von Daten für die Faktura

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. LAP, HAS, HAK oder vergleichbar)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bahndisposition

* Sehr gute geografische Kenntnisse, insbesondere über österreichische Nachbarländer, relevante Grenzübergänge sowie wichtige Bahn- und Alpenpässe

* Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsarbeit)

* Kommunikative Persönlichkeit

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ärztliche Tauglichkeit (verpflichtend)

* Sehr hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verlässlichkeit und Genauigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur laufenden Weiterbildung

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Abgeleisteter Zivil- oder Präsenzdienst

* Einwandfreier Leumund

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Mindestniveau B2)
