Wir suchen für unsere Niederlassung in Wundschuh 1 Disponent Landverkehr FTL/LTL (m/w/d) Internationale Verkehre Mehr als ein Job

Als Disponent:in im Landverkehr sorgst du dafür, dass Waren pünktlich dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden - in Produktionsbetrieben, Lagern, im Handel oder beim Endkunden. Deine tägliche Arbeit hilft Unternehmen, verlässlich zu planen, Lieferengpässe zu vermeiden und ihre Kund:innen zuverlässig zu versorgen.

Wie du dich einbringst

* Disposition und Überwachung von Teil- und Komplettladungen (FTL/LTL) im internationalen Landverkehr

* Erstellung, Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Transportaufträgen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Warenflusses inklusive Termin- und Qualitätsüberwachung

* Prüfung von Aufträgen hinsichtlich Freigaben, Qualitätssicherung sowie relevanter Ein- und Ausfuhrbestimmungen

* Aktives Supplier Management inklusive Führung und Betreuung von Frachtführern sowie Kontaktpflege zu Partnerunternehmen

* Ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Kund:innen im Tagesgeschäft

* Erstellung, Nachverfolgung und Bearbeitung von Offerten und Reklamationen

* Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben

Was dich auszeichnet

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in der Disposition und Abwicklung von Lkw-Verkehren

* Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen

* Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick, insbesondere in der Abstimmung mit Fahrern und Partnern

* Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an Teamarbeit

* Idealerweise Kontakte aus dem Bereich des Teil- und Komplettladungsmarktes sowie Kontakte zu Frächtern

* Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
