Ort: 8141 Premstätten, Industriestraße 30

Start: ab sofort

Arbeitszeit: 40 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Disposition und Tourenplanung für Abfalltransporte, Abfallsammlung und Schüttgutlogistik

* Einsatzplanung von Fuhrpark, Fahrpersonal (Fahrzeuge / Anhänger / Wechselaufbauten) und Subfrächtern

* Laufende Transportüberwachung und Kundenkommunikation

* Erstellung und Prüfung transportrelevanter Dokumente

* Unterstützung bei Abrechnung, Dokumentation und Reklamationsbearbeitung

* Optimierung von Touren, Abläufen und Kosten

Unsere Anforderungen:

* Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (idealerweise Spedition/Logistik) oder Dispositionserfahrung

* Erfahrung in Entsorgungslogistik und/oder Gefahrgut (ADR) von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in Tourenplanung, Transportprozessen und relevanten Vorschriften (z. B. ADR, Abfallrecht)

* Fremdsprachen (Slowenisch / Kroatisch / Bosnisch / Serbisch) von Vorteil

* Sicher im Umgang mit Dispo- / ERP-Systemen und MS Office

* Organisationstalent und kommunikativer Teamplayer
