Du steuerst eigenständig unsere Container- und Silotransporte, arbeitest direkt mit Fahrern, Kunden und Transportunternehmern zusammen und hast dabei auch die Wirtschaftlichkeit deiner Entscheidungen im Blick. Wir suchen jemanden, der Erfahrung mitbringt, selbstständig Entscheidungen trifft und unternehmerisch denkt und handelt. Das sind Ihre Aufgaben: Planung, Disposition und Überwachung unserer Containertransporte Disposition von Fahrzeugen, Chassis und Nahverkehrs-Siloaufliegern Wirtschaftliche und effiziente Planung der Fahrzeugeinsätze Optimierung der Auslastung unter Berücksichtigung von Terminen sowie gesetzlichen Lenk- und Ruhezeiten aufende Abstimmung von Lade-, Entlade- und Umschlagterminen Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Fahrer im Tagesgeschäft Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Fachbereichen Einkauf und Disposition von Frachtraum sowie Betreuung unserer Transportunternehmer Koordination von Werkstatt-, Wartungs- und Prüfterminen Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Reklamationen und Transportabweichungen Das bringst du mit: Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung in der Transport- bzw. LKW-Disposition - diese setzen wir voraus Du verstehst logistische Abläufe und hast ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge Du denkst unternehmerisch und suchst nach Lösungen, statt nur Probleme weiterzugeben Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und triffst eigenständig Entscheidungen Du kommunizierst sicher mit Fahrern, Kunden und Geschäftspartnern Du behältst auch bei hohem Transportaufkommen den Überblick Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert MS Office und Transportmanagementsysteme gehören für dich zum Arbeitsalltag Was Sie bei uns erwartet: Du willst mehr als nur disponieren? Wir suchen bewusst jemanden, der sich weiterentwickeln möchte. Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und der Wille, Dinge aktiv mitzugestalten, sind ausdrücklich erwünscht. Vergütung Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt in Beschäftigungsgruppe B EUR 2.738,10 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Unsere tatsächliche Bezahlung liegt - abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung - deutlich über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt. Die konkrete Vergütung vereinbaren wir individuell mit Ihnen.
