Über uns:

Wir sind ein kleiner, familiengeführter Entsorgungsfachbetrieb in Hallein und spezialisiert auf die Sammlung, Behandlung und Verwertung flüssiger Abfälle. Persönliche Kundenbetreuung, Flexibilität und Handschlagqualität zeichnen uns aus.

Zur Teamverstärkung suchen wir 1 Disponenten für Entsorgungslogistik - flüssige Stoffe (m/w/x)

auf Vollzeitbasis. (40 Wochenstunden)

Aufgaben:

+ Disposition und Einsatzplanung unserer Fahrzeuge und Fahrer

+ Tourenplanung unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, ADR und Abfallrecht

+ Koordination von Abhol- und Entsorgungsterminen

+ Reaktion auf kurzfristige Änderungen im Tagesgeschäft

+ Verwaltung des Fuhrparks und Optimierung der Abläufe

+ Betreuung der bestehenden Kunden und der Wartungsverträge

+ Erstellung und Bearbeitung von elektronischen Nachweisen der Abfälle

+ Vorbereitung/Abwicklung von Angebotserstellung

Qualifikation:

+ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung

+ Erfahrung in der Disposition (Transport/Entsorgung von Vorteil)

+ Grundkenntnisse in ADR und Abfallwirtschaft wünschenswert

+ Organisationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Verlässlichkeit

+ Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist

+ Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
