Du sorgst dafür, dass an unseren Kundenstandorten im täglichen Betrieb alles rundläuft.

Dabei verbindest Du drei wichtige Bereiche miteinander: Fahrerbetreuung und Qualität, Fuhrpark sowie Disposition. Du bist eine zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Fahrer:innen, unsere Kunden und die internen Abteilungen und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn es einmal schnell gehen muss. 1 Disposition für medizinischem Sauerstoff (w/w/d) Beginn: ab sofort

Dauer: unbefristet-6 Monate Probezeit

Arbeitsform: MO-FR

Arbeitsbeginn: ca. 07:00 Uhr

Deine Tätigkeiten im Überblick:

* Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Fahrer:innen an mehreren Kundenstandorten

* Kontrolle der Prozessvorgaben sowie Durchführung von Fahrer- und Fahrzeugchecks

* Schulungen und Fahrerbesprechungen sowie Begleitung neuer Fahrer:innen

* Organisation des Fuhrparks inklusive Service, Reparaturen und

Überprüfungen

* Planung und Koordination der täglichen Transporte sowie Überwachung der Touren

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Fahrer:innen, Kunden und internen Abteilungen

Die Tätigkeit ist abwechslungsreich: Du arbeitest nicht ausschließlich im Büro, sondern bist auch direkt bei den Fahrer:innen, Fahrzeugen und an den Kundenstandorten. Organisation, Kommunikation und ein gutes Verständnis für den operativen Transportalltag spielen dabei eine zentrale Rolle.

Was du mitbringst

* Führerschein Klasse C inkl. C95

* ADR-Fahrerlaubnis von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in Transport, Logistik oder Disposition von Vorteil

* Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit

* Gute geografische und EDV- Kenntnisse
