Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt 1 Disposition / Sachbearbeitung im Bereich Agrar (m/w/d) - Vollzeit Standort: Kärnten/Klagenfurt

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Internationale Logistik: Organisation und Abwicklung der internationalen Logistik von Agrargütern, vorwiegend Schüttgut.

* Dokumenten- und Rechnungskontrolle: Überprüfung von Lieferpapieren, Rechnungskontrolle sowie Reporting.

* Kontaktabwicklung: Verwaltung und Abwicklung von Verträgen, einschließlich der Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden.

* Bestellverfolgung: Sicherstellung, dass alle Bestellungen termingerecht und ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt werden.

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Koordination und Zusammenarbeit zwischen Einkauf, Vertrieb und Produktion.

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Groß- und Außenhandel oder in der Logistik. Quereinstieg ist möglich.

* Verhandlungsgeschick: Sie überzeugen durch Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten.

* Entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich, um die internationale Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Grundkenntnisse in Italienisch sind von Vorteil, oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu erlernen.

* Persönlichkeit: Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind detailorientiert, proaktiv und bringen eine Leidenschaft für landwirtschaftliche Themen mit.
