Group-f is een Belgische marktleider in facilitaire dienstverlening, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en langdurige klantenrelaties. Binnen deze context ben je als District Manager verantwoordelijk voor Hotel Services, waar we instaan voor de organisatie van housekeeping en schoonmaak binnen hotels en vakantieparken.

Als District Manager draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor jouw regio (verspreid in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen), zowel operationeel als budgettair. Je stuurt niet alleen aan, je grijpt in, stuurt bij en maakt keuzes om resultaten te realiseren. De rode draad in jouw rol: rendement, structuur en sterke teams.

In jouw rol stuur je de operations en teams zodanig aan dat kwaliteit, efficiëntie en gastbeleving structureel op hoog niveau liggen, en klanten hun gasten een consistente en hoogwaardige ervaring bieden.

Jouw rol

Je beheert jouw regio als een ondernemer binnen Group-f. Je combineert people management met een scherpe focus op cijfers en klantrelaties en neemt beslissingen wanneer die onder druk komen te staan.

  • Je stuurt een team aan van Coaches, Housekeeping Managers en Supervisors, en zorgt dat zij hun teams efficiënt en kwalitatief laten draaien
  • Je brengt structuur in een dynamische operationele omgeving met pieken, last-minute wijzigingen en personeelsuitdagingen
  • Je bent eigenaar van de P&L van jouw regio en stuurt actief bij op basis van cijfers
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen in rendement, bezetting en kwaliteit en grijpt gericht in
  • Je vertaalt cijfers naar concrete acties op de werkvloer
  • Je bouwt sterke klantenrelaties op en gaat ook het gesprek aan wanneer verwachtingen of resultaten bijgestuurd moeten worden
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en optimaliseert processen om die structureel te verbeteren
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw regio, resultaten zijn van jou
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de COO

Je hebt ervaring in een rol met verantwoordelijkheid over mensen, klanten en resultaat.

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie met impact op cijfers en/of operations
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en/of sterke feeling met operationele teams
  • Je neemt beslissingen en stuurt bij wanneer nodig
  • Je behoudt overzicht en rust in een omgeving met tempo en druk
  • Je communiceert helder en direct met zowel teams als klanten
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus
  • Je bent flexibel en aanwezig wanneer de operatie dat vraagt (sporadisch weekends)
