Om ons team te versterken zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en ervaren:

District Manager Schoonmaak – Groot Gent

Als District Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten én de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse werking. Je zorgt dat de dienstverlening vlot verloopt, stuurt en ondersteunt je medewerkers en houdt de administratieve opvolging scherp in het oog. Tegelijk bouw je aan sterke klantenrelaties en waak je over kwaliteit, afspraken en tevredenheid.

De District Manager zal zich ontfermen over de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid op voor jouw klanten en werven en zorgt ervoor dat de dienstverlening correct verloopt volgens de gemaakte afspraken en het lastenboek.
  • Vanuit jouw expertise in schoonmaak bepaal je welk materiaal en welke producten nodig zijn om elke werf efficiënt en kwalitatief te organiseren.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig bij je klanten, volgt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening nauwgezet op en stuurt meteen bij wanneer resultaten of feedback daar aanleiding toe geven.
  • Je zorgt voor een doordachte personeelsplanning die aansluit bij de noden van elke werf. Daarbij bewaak je ook een correcte planning en urenregistratie van je medewerkers.
  • Je staat dicht bij je schoonmaakteams. Je begeleidt, coacht en motiveert medewerkers, geeft duidelijke feedback en volgt hun prestaties en ontwikkeling op.
  • Je bouwt een sterke vertrouwensrelatie op met je klanten. Door regelmatig contact weet je wat er speelt, anticipeer je op hun verwachtingen en werk je aan duurzame samenwerkingen.
  • Je houdt niet alleen de kwaliteit, maar ook de cijfers van je werven in het oog. Je bewaakt de rentabiliteit en grijpt gericht in wanneer bijsturing nodig is.

Onze ideale kandidaat, hopelijk jijzelf, ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Je hebt minimaal een diploma middelbaar onderwijs en hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de dienstensector opgedaan (schoonmaak, ISO-normering/ welzijnswetgeving).

Daarnaast ben je ook:

  • Een vlotte communicator, zowel gesproken als geschreven,
  • Zeer goed in het leiden, begeleiden en coachen van jouw team,
  • Commercieel en klantgericht ingesteld,
  • Mobiel en flexibel, je bereikt vlot de mooie regio Groot Gent, idealiter woon je in die regio,
  • Stressbestendig in de piekmomenten en je kan snelle doordachte beslissingen nemen,
  • Vlot met de courante MS Office – toepassingen,
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
