  • Développement et suivi de projets éditoriaux, de leur conception à leur publication
  • Développement du catalogue, notamment autour de l'art, de l'architecture, du lifestyle, du patrimoine, de l'histoire et de la société
  • Recherche de nouveaux projets, auteurs et opportunités éditoriales dans un marché éditorial en évolution
  • Accompagnement des auteurs et partenaires
  • Contribution au développement des éditions Racine en Belgique, en France et à l'international
  • Développement et entretien d'un réseau d'auteurs, d'institutions et de partenaires
  • Collaboration avec les équipes éditoriales, commerciales et marketing
  • Des responsabilités pouvant progressivement s'élargir
  • Sensibilité éditoriale et intérêt pour la ligne éditoriale de Racine
  • Esprit entrepreneurial et goût pour le développement de nouveaux projets
  • Expérience dans l'édition de beaux-livres et/ou de patrimoine : un atout
  • Connaissance de l'édition internationale : un atout
  • Aisance dans la collaboration et le travail en équipe
  • Capacité à développer des relations et des partenariats à long terme
  • Réseau développé dans le monde du livre ou de la culture, aisance relationnelle et goût pour le networking et le développement de nouveaux contacts
  • Connaissance des enjeux commerciaux et marketing : un plus
