Dit ga je doen Als Medewerker Archief (DIV) bij gemeente Voorne aan Zee ben jij de stille kracht achter een soepel draaiende organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat informatie niet verdwijnt, maar juist beschikbaar en bruikbaar wordt voor iedereen die ermee verder moet. In deze rol werk je midden in het hart van de gemeentelijke informatievoorziening. Je beweegt je tussen digitaal en analoog archief en zorgt ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande post strak wordt geregistreerd. Je voelt je thuis in structuur, maar juist ook in het verbeteren daarvan. Want jij ziet niet alleen wat er ligt, maar vooral hoe het beter, sneller en slimmer kan. Je begint je dag bijvoorbeeld met het verwerken van nieuwe documenten in het systeem. Daarna help je een collega die een belangrijk dossier probeert terug te vinden. Je duikt in het archief, legt verbanden en binnen no-time ligt de juiste informatie op tafel. Dat geeft energie: jij maakt het verschil zonder dat je op de voorgrond hoeft te staan. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan het opschonen van archiefachterstanden en denk je mee over hoe processen slimmer ingericht kunnen worden. Je bent dus niet alleen uitvoerend bezig, maar ook een belangrijke schakel in verbetering en vernieuwing. Binnen team Informatiebeheer werk je samen met betrokken collega's die net als jij houden van overzicht, structuur en samenwerken. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de informatiehuishouding van de gemeente klopt én blijft kloppen. We zoeken iemand met enige ervaring binnen documentbeheer of archivering, die precies weet hoe dit werk werkt en daar zelfstandig in kan opereren.
