Solliciteer dan naar de functie van Medewerker Gezond, veilig en inclusief werken bij Gemeente Amersfoort. Jouw rol De functie is heel divers, je werkt zowel administratief als organisatorisch. Je beheert en bewaakt zelfstandig onze verzuimadministratie en ondersteunt de casemanagers vanuit jouw administratieve en organisatorische rol. Daarnaast vertaal je het beleid op het gebied van gezond, veilig en inclusief werken naar concrete acties voor onze medewerkers. Dit doe je geheel zelfstandig. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het organiseren en contracteren van externe leveranciers voor trainingen binnen het vitaliteitsprogramma. Daarnaast stel je praktische formats en handreikingen op, werk je mee aan nieuwe regelingen voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en lever je een bijdrage aan relevante rapportages. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden op een rij: - Het verwerken van UWV-correspondentie, signaleren en uitzetten van acties en bewaken van de voortgang. - Uitvoeren en controleren van WIA- en andere verzuimgerelateerde berekeningen. - Actueel en zorgvuldig houden van verzuim- en re-integratiedossiers in lijn met de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. Signaleren van ontbrekende informatie, afwijkingen en knelpunten en het uitzetten van acties om dit op te lossen. - Uitvoeren van administratieve correcties en mutaties en beoordelen van de gevolgen voor de registratie. - Signaleren van knelpunten in het verzuimproces en doen van verbetervoorstellen.
