Onze leden werken zij-aan-zij met de staf om gezamenlijk ons clubhuis draaiende te houden, met alles wat daarbij komt kijken. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: - Samen een verse lunch of diner maken; - Onze website en social media bijhouden; - Werken aan onze nieuwsbrief; - Meeschrijven aan fondsenaanvragen; - Werken bij de receptiebalie; - Onze tuin netjes houden; - Helpen organiseren van workshops en cursussen; - En nog veel meer! De werkzaamheden zijn breed en divers; zo is er voor al onze leden iets te doen dat ze interessant lijkt en dat bij hen past. Leden kiezen zelf aan welke activiteiten ze meedoen, en kunnen altijd nieuwe werkzaamheden uitproberen. Er zijn altijd leden of staf aanwezig om te overleggen welke werkzaamheden er te doen zijn. Het clubhuis is zodoende een plek waar je jouw huidige vaardigheden kunt inzetten, en waar je ook nieuwe vaardigheden kunt ontdekken en ontwikkelen. Keuzevrijheid Lidmaatschap van het clubhuis is op vrijwillige basis en bovendien kosteloos. Er is geen minimum aantal dagen of uren dat onze leden aanwezig moeten zijn; leden kiezen zelf hoe vaak en hoe lang ze naar het clubhuis komen. Door deze vrijheid kunnen leden o.a. experimenteren met: - Het maken van keuzes; - Het stellen en verkennen van eigen grenzen; - Het maken van afspraken; - Het ontwikkelen van vaardigheden; - Het opbouwen van structuur; - Samenwerken met anderen Dit kan gaan over werkzaamheden die ze willen verrichten, over wanneer ze komen, over het meedoen aan vergaderingen en activiteiten, en over welke contacten ze aangaan.
