Dafür suchen wir Menschen, die mit Leidenschaft gestalten und andere begeistern. 1 Divisional Procurement Manager (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie verantworten den strategischen Einkauf für Dienstleistungen und den Installationsbereich, beispielsweise für Montage- und Servicepartner, Engineering-Leistungen sowie IT-nahe Dienstleistungen.

* Sie entwickeln und steuern Beschaffungs- und Lieferantenstrategien für Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.

* Sie identifizieren geeignete Lieferanten, bauen ein leistungsfähiges Partnernetzwerk auf und entwickeln dieses kontinuierlich weiter.

* Sie führen Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen durch und gestalten Rahmenverträge sowie kommerzielle Vereinbarungen.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Business Units und internen Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützen diese bei Beschaffungsentscheidungen.

* Sie stellen sicher, dass die relevanten rechtlichen, kommerziellen und sozialen Anforderungen bei der Auswahl und Beauftragung von Dienstleistungs- und Montagepartnern berücksichtigt werden.

* Sie bringen Ihre Erfahrung ein, um Standards, Transparenz und Synergien im Einkauf weiterzuentwickeln.

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Projekteinkauf oder Category Management - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Dienstleistungen, Montage, Engineering oder vergleichbaren technischen Leistungen.

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Montagefirmen, Servicepartnern und Subunternehmern.

* Praxis in Ausschreibungen, kommerziellen Verhandlungen sowie im Management von Rahmen- und Dienstleistungsverträgen.

* Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

* Sicheres Auftreten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.

* Erfahrung in einem internationalen oder projektorientierten Umfeld ist von Vorteil.

* Eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Einkauf, Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Technik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung ist von Vorteil.

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.

* Reisebereitschaft
