Hlavné pracovné činnosti analýza projektových, technických, ekonomických a prevádzkových údajov získavaných počas prípravy a realizácie stavebných projektov, návrh dátových modelov a analytických riešení pre podporu projektového manažmentu výstavby, spracovanie údajov z harmonogramov, rozpočtov, BIM modelov, projektovej dokumentácie a informačných systémov, návrh algoritmov a logiky softvérových modulov na sledovanie priebehu výstavby, nákladov, termínov a rizík projektov, spolupráca s vývojovým tímom pri tvorbe a testovaní špecializovaného stavebného softvéru, analýza používateľských požiadaviek a návrh nových funkcionalít softvérového riešenia, tvorba analytických reportov, dashboardov a manažérskych prehľadov pre investorov a projektových manažérov, optimalizácia spracovania dát a automatizácia opakujúcich sa procesov, validácia a kontrola kvality údajov spracovávaných informačnými systémami, spolupráca s projektantmi, stavebným dozorom, projektovými manažérmi, odbornými konzultantmi a IT špecialistami, spracovanie dát podporujúcich rozhodovanie pri riadení výstavby nemocníc a developerských projektov v zdravotníctve, príprava podkladov pre využitie nástrojov umelej inteligencie pri analýze stavebných a projektových údajov, spracovanie technickej a analytickej dokumentácie k vyvíjanému softvéru. Požadované odborné znalosti analytické myslenie a schopnosť spracovávať veľké objemy dát, znalosť práce s databázami, SQL alebo obdobnými nástrojmi, pokročilá znalosť Microsoft Excel; výhodou Power BI alebo iné BI nástroje, orientácia v projektovom riadení, informačných systémoch alebo stavebných procesoch, schopnosť analyzovať technickú dokumentáciu a navrhovať dátové riešenia, výhodou znalosť BIM, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 alebo obdobných projektových nástrojov. Jazykové požiadavky

Podmienkou je aktívna znalosť perzského jazyka (Farsi) na úrovni minimálne C1 slovom aj písmom, potrebná na:

komunikáciu s vývojármi, analytikmi a technickými konzultantmi zo zahraničia, analýzu a spracovanie technickej dokumentácie vypracovanej v jazyku Farsi, spoluprácu pri vývoji softvérových riešení realizovanú s partnermi používajúcimi jazyk Farsi, zabezpečenie presného odborného prekladu technických požiadaviek a analytických výstupov medzi jazykmi Farsi, angličtina a slovenčina.
