Docent bouwen, wonen en interieur Stichting Carmelcollege Plaatsingsdatum 06-10-2026 | sluitingsdatum 20-10-2026 Ben jij een enthousiaste docent bouwen, wonen en interieur (BWI) en heb je affiniteit met lesgeven aan leerlingen in het vmbo? Ben je op de hoogte van traditionele én nieuwe technologieën en vind je het een uitdaging leerlingen daarin mee te nemen? Ben je per direct beschikbaar voor een baan (0,8 - 1,0 fte) bij ons in Oldenzaal? Reageer dan direct! Zo zet jij je talent in Je geeft lessen binnen het profiel bouwen, wonen en interieur (BWI) in de bovenbouw van het vmbo. Het profiel BWI bestaat op onze locatie uit vier profiel- en keuzedelen. Je bent binnen alle onderdelen inzetbaar en je verzorgt de lessen in een compleet en modern ingericht praktijklokaal. Daarnaast begeleid je 4ejaars leerlingen tijdens hun lint- en blokstage bij een bedrijf en ben je mentor van een basis- of kaderklas. Je investeert in je relatie met de leerlingen, je bent bekend met het gedachtengoed van de '6-rollen van de docent' en past deze rollen adequaat toe in je lessen. Daarnaast hanteer je activerende werkvormen om de leerlingen op maat te bedienen en het beste uit de leerlingen te halen. Je bent goed in het geven van praktijk- én theorielessen bouwen, wonen en interieur. Door jouw pedagogische en didactische kwaliteiten vind je gemakkelijk aansluiting bij de verschillende doelgroepen. Net als je teamgenoten ben je betrokken bij het onderwijs en bij de leerling. Je staat open voor contact met ouders en collega's. Van jou verwachten we dat je goed om kunt gaan met het geven en ontvangen van feedback. Het huidige team bestaat uit vier docenten en een instructeur BWI. De kenmerken van het team zijn collegialiteit, samenwerking en een positief kritische sfeer.
