Niet alleen ín de les, maar ook daarbuiten, bijvoorbeeld bij schoolactiviteiten. In goed Nederlands: jij slaagt erin om leerlingen zowel binnen als buiten het lokaal in beweging te krijgen. Zelf sta je niet stil. De vernieuwing van het onderwijs heeft je aandacht en daar wil je graag actief aan meewerken. Zo denk je binnen de sectie mee over de ontwikkeling van onderwijs, leermiddelen, lesmateriaal en toetsen, alsmede het bevorderen van een herkenbaar pedagogisch klimaat. Jouw passie voor het vak draag je binnen en buiten de school met veel enthousiasme uit. Functie-eisen Je bent in het bezit van een 2e-graads onderwijsbevoegdheid. Daarnaast heb je ervaring en/of affiniteit met leerlingen in het vmbo. Je weet met gevarieerde en innovatieve lessen aan te sluiten bij leerlingen. Net als wij sta je open voor mensen met verschillende culturele en sociale achtergronden en ben je in staat om goed met ouders en leerlingen om te gaan. Tot slot onderschrijf je onze visie.
