Docent economie Meesterbaan | Mid | Holten Wij vragen 16 - 24 uur HBO Reguliere baan Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Vacature omschrijving De Waerdenborch is een openbare school waar iedereen welkom is. Met twee vestigingen in Holten en Goor en onderwijsaanbod op vmbo-, havo- en vwo-niveau, bieden we voor ieder wat wils. Voor het vak Economie zijn we op zoek naar een eerstegraads docent economie voor onze locatie in Holten. Het gaat om 11 lessen per week, met name in havo 4 en 5. Wat ga je doen? Je helpt leerlingen economische kennis en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en laat hen zien hoe economische vraagstukken een rol spelen in hun dagelijks leven en in de maatschappij. Als docent verzorg je afwisselende economielessen, waarbij je theorie en actualiteit met elkaar verbindt. Je begeleidt leerlingen in hun leerproces, neemt toetsen af, geeft feedback en volgt hun ontwikkeling. Daarbij stimuleer je een actieve en onderzoekende houding en draag je bij aan een prettig en veilig leerklimaat. Je werkt samen met collega's binnen de sectie aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het onderwijs en denkt mee over onderwijsactiviteiten die aansluiten bij de behoeften en belevingswereld van onze leerlingen. Functie-eisen - Je beschikt over een eerstegraads bevoegdheid; - Je bent pedagogisch en didactisch vaardig en beschikt over actuele kennis op het vakgebied; - Je bent bekend het didactisch principe van formatief handelen of bereid hierin te ontwikkelen; - Je bent innovatief en enthousiasmerend; - Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt een positieve en motiverende grondhouding - Je bent geduldig, flexibel en in staat om leerlingen te stimuleren en te begeleiden bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling - Je kunt een veilige en respectvolle leeromgeving creëren - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met moderne leermiddelen en lesmethodes - Je bent bekend met het didactisch principe van formatief handelen of bereid je hierin t...
