Het mooiste voor een docent is wanneer de kwartjes vallen bij leerlingen. Als leerlingen enthousiast worden. Of zichzelf ontstijgen. Ja, toch?

Wat is jouw stijl van lesgeven?

Op Lumion doen we het net even anders. De lessen duren bij ons wat langer (5 kwartier of 2,5 uur) en bestaan uit drie afwisselende onderdelen: de verwondersessie, de workshopsessie en de communicatiesessie. Al het lesmateriaal staat op de iPad in een elektronische

leeromgeving. Dus de kaders en het speelveld van de lessen zijn duidelijk, maar hoe jij de sessies (in de klas of daarbuiten) invult, is aan jou. En als je daarbij hulp wilt, staan je collega’s voor je klaar.

Differentiëren in de klas

Onze lessen zijn leerdoelgericht en gepersonaliseerd vormgegeven. Dat betekent dat leerlingen van tevoren een overzicht krijgen van hun leerdoelen en weten wat de criteria zijn om die te behalen. Als docent differentieer je tijdens de verschillende sessies,

zodat leerlingen hun leerdoelen kunnen bereiken op de manier die voor hen het meest effectief is.

Als docent ben je bij ons ook coach van een aantal leerlingen

Je voert met elk van je leerlingen wekelijks een coachgesprek en dan bespreek je zijn of haar doelen. In je eerste jaar op Lumion krijg je een opleiding tot coach, zodat je in staat bent te coachen volgens de Lumion-visie.
