Bij het Omnia College geloven we in persoonlijke aandacht, ontwikkeling en onderwijs dat aansluit bij de leefwereld van onze leerlingen. "Step into the Happy World of Omnia" is niet voor niets onze slogan! Voor onze afdeling PIE-BWI zijn wij voor volgend schooljaar op zoek naar een enthousiaste docent of instructeur techniek die technisch breed inzetbaar is en écht het verschil wil maken voor onze vmbo-leerlingen in zowel de onder- als bovenbouw (vmbo-bk en vmbo-tl). Wie ben jij? Jij: - hebt een 2e graads bevoegdheid PIE, M&T of BWI, bent hiervoor studerende óf bent een ervaren technicus met pedagogische kwaliteiten; - hebt hart voor (en ervaring met) het vmbo; - werkt graag samen binnen een betrokken en enthousiast team; - weet leerlingen te motiveren en het beste uit hen naar boven te halen; - haalt energie uit praktijkgericht onderwijs en coaching van leerlingen; - denkt graag mee over onderwijsontwikkeling binnen PIE-BWI; - ontwikkelt lesmateriaal voor jezelf en de afdeling; - volgt ontwikkelingen binnen het techniekonderwijs; - bent enthousiast, professioneel, flexibel en ontwikkelingsgericht; - durft "out of the box" te denken en maakt leren betekenisvol. Wat ga je doen? - Je verzorgt praktijkgerichte en inspirerende lessen binnen PIE-BWI. - Je begeleidt leerlingen in hun technische én persoonlijke ontwikkeling. - Je werkt samen met collega's aan sterk en eigentijds techniekonderwijs. - Je denkt en doet actief mee in de doorontwikkeling en innovatie van het profiel PIE, onder andere vanuit STO. - Je ontwikkelt lesmateriaal en draagt bij aan toekomstgericht techniekonderwijs. - Je draagt actief bij aan een positief leer- en leefklimaat binnen de school.
