Voor onze voltijdse dagopleiding ‘Medical management assistant’ in campus Berchem, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde zelfstandige vakexpert. Kan je een groep cursisten motiveren en coachen? Functieomschrijving

Als zelfstandig docent bij Syntra AB ben je verantwoordelijk voor het overbrengen van praktijkgerichte kennis aan onze cursisten. Je kunt ingeschakeld worden voor verschillende boeiende lesonderwerpen, zoals:

  • Organisatie van het medisch secretariaat en deontologie
  • RIZIV-reglementering, gezondheidszorg en medische registratie
  • Digitale trends en ontwikkelingen in de zorgsector

Je profiel

  • Je bent deskundige in het medisch secretariaat. Ervaring is key!
  • Je beschikt over een grondige, actuele kennis van je vakgebied.
  • Je kan cursisten motiveren en coachen.
  • Je bent enthousiast, gepassioneerd door je vak en geeft gestructureerd les.
  • Je werkt praktijkgericht en interactief.
  • Ervaring in het lesgeven is een pluspunt, maar niet noodzakelijk
  • Je bent bereid cursusmateriaal up-to-date te houden, evaluaties af te nemen en te verbeteren.
  • Je bent bereid om samen met de andere docenten en de productmanager deze opleiding uit te bouwen tot een succes bij Syntra AB

Ons aanbod

Je komt terecht in een dynamische leeromgeving met uitgebreide netwerkmogelijkheden. Er is ondersteuning van productmanager, opleidingscoördinatoren en docentencoach. De docentencoaches helpen je graag met al je didactische vragen. Er worden regelmatig gratis trainingen georganiseerd over diverse thema’s zoals Wegwijs in het lesgeven bij Syntra, interactie in de klas, goed online lesgeven, structuur brengen in je lessen, ... Je kan bovendien grasduinen in een heleboel online leerpaden en je kan tips & tricks krijgen tijdens een persoonlijk coachingsgesprek.
