Wij zoeken een Mens en Maatschappij / aardrijkskunde (vervanging)- 0,6 tot 0.8 fte Ruivenmavo is een kleinschalige mavo/havo-onderbouwschool in Tilburg. We werken vanuit gepersonaliseerd leren volgens het concept van Kunskapsskolan. Dat betekent dat we leerlingen leren om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor hun eigen leerproces. Niet iedere leerling heeft hetzelfde nodig, op hetzelfde moment en op dezelfde manier. Daarom bieden we duidelijke kaders én ruimte voor eigen keuzes. Ons onderwijsconcept vatten we samen in het archetype 'De Ontdekker'. Leerlingen leren bij ons persoonlijk, eigen_wijs, doelgericht en onderzoekend. Ze ontdekken wie ze zijn, wat ze kunnen, welke keuzes ze maken en wat daarvoor nodig is. Binnen Mens en Maatschappij en aardrijkskunde help je leerlingen om die ontdekking te verbinden met de wereld om hen heen: van persoonlijke keuzes tot maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Wat ga je doen? Je verzorgt lessen Mens en Maatschappij in de onderbouw en aardrijkskunde in met name de onderbouw havo. In je lessen help je leerlingen om inzicht te krijgen in geografische processen en kritisch te leren kijken naar actu...
