Vacature omschrijving

De locatie Hof van Delft van het CLD zoekt met ingang van 1 februari 2027 een docent Nederlands (0,5 - 0,6 fte) met inhoudelijke kennis en ervaring. Wij zijn een kleine school met een open christelijke identiteit voor de mavo- en havo-onderbouw. Wij zijn een school waar iedereen wordt gezien en elkaar kent. Een belangrijk speerpunt van onze school is zorgen voor een duidelijk en veilig leerklimaat voor leerlingen en medewerkers. Wij kiezen voor een schoolbrede aanpak via Positive Behavior Support (PBS). Deze aanpak is gericht op het versterken van gewenst gedrag en op het voorkomen van probleemgedrag. Het doel is het creëren van een positieve, sociale omgeving die het leren bevordert, gedragsproblemen voorkomt en waarbij sociale veiligheid een belangrijke rol speelt.

Als school zijn wij gericht op een optimale ontwikkeling van onze leerlingen door ons in te zetten voor kwalitatief hoogwaardig, inspirerend en innoverend onderwijs. Wij bieden leerlingen op hun eigen niveau opleiding en begeleiding om dat doel te bereiken. We doen dat op een professionele, lerende en resultaatgerichte manier. Wij willen onze leerlingen uitdagen en toerusten, zodat zij leren hun talenten in te zetten voor de samenleving. De school is de samenleving in het klein. Gezamenlijk staan we voor een veilige schoolomgeving waarin onze leerlingen opgroeien tot verantwoordelijke en vrije mensen.

Wat ga jij doen?

Als docent Nederlands herken en erken je het belang van taalvaardigheid. Je deelt jouw liefde en passie voor het vak; jij inspireert! Je vindt dan ook niets mooier jouw kennis van het vak Nederlands over te brengen aan de leerlingen. Met jouw enthousiasme en creativiteit zorg je voor een uitdagende leeromgeving waarin leerlingen worden gestimuleerd om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
