Jij als docent Nederlands Als docent Nederlands bij Yuverta mbo Metropool, Yuverta Rijswijk en Yuverta Rotterdam, help je onze _tudenten zelfverzekerd de wereld in te stappen. Met jouw creatieve en inspirerende lessen maak je het vak niet alleen leerzaam, maar ook leuk! Je helpt onze _tudenten groeien en haalt het beste in hen naar boven. Bij Yuverta deze locaties draait alles om persoonlijk contact; we kennen onze _tudenten echt en geven hen de aandacht die zij verdienen. Word jij onze nieuwe docent Nederlands die: een bevoegdheid heeft voor het vak Nederlands en de nodige jaren werkervaring meebrengt; een ondernemende en betrokken houding heeft en bereid is om (eventueel op termijn) ook neventaken op te pakken; _tudenten weet te motiveren en plezier brengt in leren; graag samenwerkt en meehelpt aan de ontwikkeling van onze school? Yuverta mbo Metropool Yuverta mbo Metropool is een kleinschalige mbo met ca. 500 _tudenten verdeeld over twee locaties Rijswijk (400) en Rotterdam (100). Onze doelgroep is divers met _tudenten uit de regio Metropool Rotterdam – Den Haag. We bieden opleidingen aan op het gebied van groenvoorziening, dierverzorging en paraveterinair verdeeld over niveaus 2, 3 en 4 en in bol- en bbl-varianten. Onze visie is: ''Samen groeien door innovatief en duurzaam onderwijs in een groene leefomgeving, waar iedereen gerespecteerd en gestimuleerd wordt om zich te blijven ontwikkelen.''? We zijn een kleine en veilige mbo-instelling, waarin _tudenten veel in de praktijk bezig zijn, maar ook theoretische kennis tot zich nemen. Als mbo zijn wij volop in beweging en zijn wij op zoek naar collega’s die net als wij de passie voor goed onderwijs in de groene sector delen. Zo maken wij het verschil voor onze _tudenten. Verder kun je rekenen op: een goed salaris volgens salarisschaal LB of LC van de cao mbo ( minimaal € 3.713 en maximaal € 6.210 bruto per maand bij een fulltime aanstelling, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding); een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; een reiskostenregeling met volledige vergoeding voor reizen met het OV.
