Docent Nederlands / mentor - 0,4 fte Meesterbaan | High | Ridderkerk Wij vragen 16 uur HBO Project Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Vacature omschrijving Tijdelijke ziektevervanging | Vmbo Breed | Gemini College Ridderkerk Voor onze afdeling Vmbo Breed van het Gemini College in Ridderkerk zijn wij op korte termijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste docent Nederlands voor 0,4 fte . Het betreft tijdelijke vervanging wegens ziekte. Je geeft les aan onze eerste klassen binnen de basis- en kaderberoepsgerichte leerweg (B/K) en vervult daarnaast een mentoraat binnen dit leerjaar. Onze leerlingen hebben baat bij een docent die duidelijkheid en structuur biedt, maar tegelijkertijd oog heeft voor de leerling achter het gedrag. Iemand die begrijpt dat een goede relatie met leerlingen een belangrijke basis vormt om tot leren en ontwikkeling te komen. Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Je verzorgt lessen Nederlands aan leerlingen uit leerjaar 1 van onze B/K-afdeling. Daarnaast ben je mentor van een klas en begeleid je jouw mentorleerlingen in hun schoolloopbaan en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Als mentor ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor leerlingen en ouders/verzorgers en werk je samen met collega's en, waar nodig, de leerlingondersteuning. Je zorgt voor een prettig en veilig pedagogisch klimaat, biedt duidelijke structuur en sluit aan bij de verschillende niveaus en onderwijsbehoeften van onze leerlingen.
