Docent NT2 De Nederlandse samenleving wordt steeds diverser, dat weerspiegelt zich in onze scholen. De afgelopen jaren is het aantal aanmeldingen van leerlingen uit een meertalige omgeving toegenomen. Deze zogenoemde NT-leerlingen2 vormen een waardevolle en groeiende groep binnen ons onderwijs. De leerlingen leren het Nederlands voor een groot deel op school. Tegelijkertijd vraagt hun taalontwikkeling om specifieke aandacht en ondersteuning. Als NT2 docent in het VO begeleid en ondersteun je leerlingen in hun taalontwikkeling maar ook in sociaal-emotionele groei en zelfvertrouwen. Ook denk je mee in de doorontwikkeling van ons onderwijs en ondersteuningsbeleid voor deze doelgroep. Je werkt hierin samen met het docententeam en de coördinator NT ondersteuning. Jouw werkzaamheden - Lesgeven aan NT-leerlingen2; - Meedenken aan ontwikkeling van het NT-onderwijs2; - Overige schooltaken. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt ervaring met lesgeven; - Je bent geduldig, gestructureerd, enthousiast en betrokken; - Je werkt zelfstandig maar kunt ook goed samenwerken in teamverband; - Je biedt veiligheid aan leerlingen door te sturen op rust en voorspelbaarheid; - Je hebt affiniteit met de VO-doelgroep en met culturele diversiteit; - Je hebt een eerste- of tweedegraads onderwijsbevoegdheid of pabo-bevoegdheid; aangevuld met een post-hbo NT-opleiding2 ; - Minimaal twee dagen per week inzetbaar; - Je beschikt over goede computervaardigheden; - Betrokkenheid bij de ident...
