SOML zoekt voor Nt2 Mundium College met ingang van schooljaar 2026-2027 een Docent Rekenen (0,4 fte | Mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding naar 1,0 fte op een andere SOML school) Wat ga je doen? Je gaat lesgeven in het vak Rekenen aan nieuwkomers uit de hele wereld. Wij vinden het daarbij belangrijk dat elke leerling gezien en gehoord wordt. Zo kunnen leerlingen hun eigen leerroute vormgeven. Als docent ondersteun je de leerlingen door de juiste vragen te stellen en hen het onderwijs te bieden dat bij hen past. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een docent met minimaal een tweedegraads lesbevoegdheid Rekenen en/of Wiskunde. Het is een pré als je ervaring hebt met onderwijs in de Eerste Opvang Anderstaligen (EOA). Wij zijn een dynamische school en we zijn voortdurend in beweging. Het is daarom een voorwaarde dat je openstaat voor veranderingen en ontwikkelingen en dat je mee kunt bewegen in de dynamiek van de school. Je bent breed inzetbaar en je wordt ingedeeld in diverse leerlijnen en groepen. Je bent daarnaast: ● Ontwikkelingsgericht: je wilt je continu blijven ontwikkelen op het gebied van kennis en vaardigheden. Pedagogische en coachende vaardigheden staan hierbij centraal. ● Een teamspeler: je werkt graag samen en reflecteert op jouw functioneren in relatie tot en in verbinding met het team waarin je werkt. ● Open-minded: je staat open voor veranderingen, hebt innovatieve ideeën en wilt het standpunt van een ander altijd begrijpen. ● ICT-vaardig: je maakt gebruik van online applicaties en methodes. Al onze leerlingen hebben een Chromebook die ze gebruiken tijdens de lessen. Wie zijn wij? Nt2 Mundium College is een school voor de Eerste Opvang Anderstaligen (EOA). In gezamenlijkheid creëren we een veilige leeromgeving, waar anderstalige leerlingen zo goed mogelijk worden voorbereid op het reguliere Nederlandse onderwijs.
