Over de opleidingen De opleidingen richten zich op professionals die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheersen van risico's, het waarborgen van continuïteit en het versterken van de veerkracht van organisaties. Thema's als governance, risicobeheersing, securitystrategie, crisismanagement, implementatie en verandermanagement staan centraal. Deelnemers zijn doorgaans werkzaam in functies binnen security, risk, compliance, operations of management en zoeken verdieping op strategisch en tactisch niveau. De rol Als zelfstandig docent verzorg je onderwijs binnen dit programma en begeleid je professionals bij het toepassen van theorie in hun eigen organisatiecontext. Je verbindt strategische inzichten met praktische uitvoerbaarheid en stimuleert kritisch denken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - Het verzorgen van interactieve colleges en praktijkgerichte sessies - Het begeleiden van deelnemers bij het uitwerken van strategische vraagstukken - Het bespreken van realistische cases rond continuïteit, risico en crisis - Het stimuleren van reflectie, analyse en besluitvorming - Het bijdragen aan de verdere inhoudelijke ontwikkeling van het programma Profiel Wij zoeken een professional met: - Minimaal vijf jaar relevante praktijkervaring in security, business continuity, risk management of een aanverwant domein - Ervaring met het opzetten, implementeren of verbeteren van continuïteits- of securitybeleid - Inzicht in governance, organisatie-inrichting en veranderprocessen - Ervaring met het begeleiden of trainen van professionals op HBO-plus of vergelijkbaar niveau - Sterke communicatieve en didactische vaardi...
