en een bevlogen managementteam aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een school in opbouw? Dan nodigen wij je van harte uit om te solliciteren bij het AIDA College.

Het AIDA College in Den Haag bevindt zich momenteel in het tweede schooljaar en groeit stap voor stap verder. Wij bieden onderwijs op

VMBO-TL/MAVO-, HAVO- en VWO-niveau en bouwen met een betrokken docententeam aan de kwaliteit en identiteit van onze school. Voor deze volgende fase zijn wij op zoek naar geïnspireerde en inspirerende

schoolbouwers die samen met ons willen bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het AIDA College.

Voor het collegejaar 2026–2027 breiden wij ons docententeam verder uit en zijn wij op zoek naar:

Docent Techniek en Toepassing (0.5 fte)

De functie en onze kernwaarden

Het AIDA College werkt vanuit een doordachte burgerschapsvisie en een onderwijsconcept dat is gebaseerd op vijf kernwaarden:

- Vrede en rechtvaardigheid

- Solidariteit en barmhartigheid

- Lezen, onderzoeken en ontwikkelen

- Collectieve en individuele verantwoordelijkheid

- Handelen met overtuiging en moed

Als docent aan het AIDA College krijg je, naast je lesgevende taken, relatief veel ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling. Deze ontwikkeling is onder andere gericht op het vormgeven en uitdragen van onze burgerschapsvisie vanuit de islamitische

grondslag van de school. Van docenten wordt verwacht dat zij de burgerschapsvisie van

SIION – AIDA Scholen onderschrijven en deze kunnen vertalen naar de onderwijspraktijk.

Het AIDA College is gestart met de eerste leerjaren en groeit jaarlijks door totdat het volledige curriculum wordt aangeboden. Samen met het team leg jij de basis voor deze groei en bouw
