Als docent bij DS Trainings geef je praktijkgerichte veiligheidsopleidingen aan medewerkers van bedrijven en organisaties. Je brengt jouw kennis op een duidelijke, enthousiaste en toegankelijke manier over en zorgt ervoor dat deelnemers de opgedane kennis meteen in de praktijk kunnen toepassen.

Afhankelijk van jouw expertise kan je één of meerdere opleidingen binnen ons aanbod verzorgen.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het geven van professionele en praktijkgerichte opleidingen
  • Het begeleiden en motiveren van cursisten
  • Het vertalen van theorie naar herkenbare situaties uit de praktijk
  • Het correct en veilig aanleren van technieken en werkwijzen
  • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de opleiding
  • Het mee opvolgen en actualiseren van cursusinhoud waar nodig
  • Een professionele vertegenwoordiging van DS Trainings bij onze klanten

Wij zoeken vooral mensen die sterk zijn in hun vak én hun kennis graag overbrengen.

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over:

  • Relevante praktijkervaring binnen jouw vakgebied
  • Een goede technische en/of inhoudelijke kennis
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Het vermogen om kennis op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen
  • Een professionele, enthousiaste en klantgerichte houding
  • Voldoende zelfstandigheid om een opleiding professioneel te verzorgen
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands

Ervaring als docent of trainer is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste. Praktijkervaring en de juiste ingesteldheid vinden wij minstens even belangrijk.
