Jouw uitdaging Voor onze locatie in Borculo zijn wij vanwege ziektevervanging op zoek naar een docent wiskunde voor een omvang van circa 0,5 fte. De functie kan per direct worden vervuld. Wat ga je doen? Als docent wiskunde is het jouw hoofdtaak om onderwijs te verzorgen en leerlingen te begeleiden bij hun vragen. Hierbij pas je verschillende didactische werkvormen en leeractiviteiten toe, afgestemd op de behoeften van de leerlingen. Naast het docentschap daagt Zone.college je uit om jouw vakspecialistische kennis in te zetten voor de ontwikkeling en vernieuwing van het onderwijs. Binnen deze functie heb je veel vrijheid om de lessen en het onderwijs vorm te geven. Samen met de collega's van de vaksectie wiskunde vorm je een team. Binnen de locatie, maar zeker ook binnen dit team, staat collegialiteit voorop. Samen geven jullie vorm aan het onderwijs en doen jullie dit met veel enthousiasme. Wie ben je? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot tweedegraads docent wiskunde of bent bereid deze binnen korte tijd te behalen; - Je hebt affiniteit met het werken met vmbo-leerlingen; - Je bent vaardig in het coachen en begeleiden van individuele leerlingen en/of groepen leerlingen. Je benut hun kwaliteiten en stimuleert hun motivatie. Daarnaast moedig je hen aan om kennis, informatie en ideeën te delen; - Je beschikt over organisatietalent, stelt prioriteiten, stemt planningen af en zorgt ervoor dat de benodigde middelen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en overlegt gemakkelijk met ouders en collega's; - Je bent een teamspeler en zoekt graag de samenwerking op met collega's.
