En Active Development, estamos en la búsqueda de un/a docente/profesor/a autónomo/a con experiencia en emprendimiento y habilidades blandas para unirse a un proyecto dinámico y transformador de formación para participantes con ideas de negocio.

Como parte de nuestro equipo, tendrás la oportunidad de impartir formación y ofrecer asesoramiento estratégico a los participantes, todo ello con una metodología propia que marca tendencia. Este puesto es híbrido, combinando clases presenciales en Córdoba, España y sesiones online, con la flexibilidad que necesitas para ser eficaz y tener impacto.

Queremos que seas un/a profesional dinámico/a, comprometido/a y con una mentalidad orientada a resultados. Buscamos alguien con empatía, que comprenda las necesidades de los participantes y que disfrute ayudando a otros a crecer y superarse. Si tienes experiencia en emprendimiento, formación de habilidades blandas y asesoramiento estratégico, ¡te estamos buscando!

Tus Funciones

• Impartir formación en habilidades blandas clave (liderazgo, comunicación, trabajo en equipo, toma de decisiones, etc.).

• Realizar mentorías grupales, brindando un enfoque práctico y orientado a resultados.

• Ofrecer asesoramiento estratégico a los participantes, acompañándolos en el desarrollo de sus proyectos.

• Trabajar codo a codo con los participantes, asegurando la máxima eficiencia y un impacto real en sus objetivos. Requisitos

• Título universitario en Educación, Psicología, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, o afines. Al menos uno de los títulos o formaciones debe ser obtenido en España.

• Formación acreditada y experiencia en docencia o coaching.

• Experiencia en emprendimiento o asesoramiento a participantes.

• Certificación en docencia (Cualificación Pedagógica, CAP o similar).

• Habilidade.
